Since its founding, Bob Jones Academy has included a number of 9th through 12th-grade students who live in the Bob Jones University residence halls with college-age roommates.
Academy boarding students eat meals on campus and stay in the residence halls full time during school semesters. They are supervised by resident graduate assistants who serve as mentors and organize events and activities.
The boarding experience is a positive one for many students, giving them increased independence and the opportunity to develop friendships with a diverse group of young people, but it is not for everyone. Students should demonstrate a high level of maturity to have success living away from home.
Take a moment to explore Bob Jones University’s website, www.bju.edu, and learn more about where your student would be living, dining and enjoying his or her free time. If you are planning to enroll at BJA, check here for a helpful list of items to consider bringing.
International Boarding
Bob Jones Academy also welcomes a limited number of international boarding students. The material below provides detailed information about the admission process for international students. You are welcome to contact us with further questions.
