We have many opportunities for your students to strengthen and challenge their bodies as well as their minds. Our physical education curriculum for both elementary and secondary students emphasizes health and fitness and includes training in team and individual sports.

Your K3 through 9th grade student will have physical education as a part of the academic curriculum. Your secondary student may also participate in elective classes or on interscholastic sports teams.

Through our interscholastic sports program, athletes in grades 6 to 12 learn broader and deeper life lessons. As a microcosm of life, the rules, boundaries, strategies, victories, defeats and relationships in athletics are tools we strive to use to help hone Christlike character.
