Hot Lunches

AVI Fresh Meals (primarily K3–grade 8)

Hot Lunches (Preorder only; by Wednesday 11 a.m. for the following week)

Parents pre-order hot lunches in FACTS by Wednesday 11 a.m. for the following week. This will significantly improve the planning for fresh lunches as well as significantly reducing food waste. Cost savings are being passed along to our families in the form of significantly reduced meal rates.

      • Pay credit/debit/ACH/prepaid account when checking out
    • Lunches are paid for at the time of order. If your child is not at school due to illness on a day you purchased lunch, please let the school office know for the funds to be credited to your account.

A La Carte Items

Packaged a la carte items, including heathy protein and fruit options, will be available without preorder. This will allow an easy solution for last-minute lunch needs or to replace “seconds,” which are no longer being offered.

Additional details

  • Parents: You’re welcome to enjoy an AVI Fresh lunch with your child! Order the additional meal when you place your regular order. The cost is deducted from your prepaid family account. Be sure to also let the school office know you’re coming!
  • High school students: AVI Fresh is available for high school students, too; they pick up their AVI Fresh meal at Middle School Cafeteria by showing their BJA ID card.
  • In the rare instance when a student comes to school without a lunch and without sufficient funds for lunch, a parent will be notified to bring a meal.

Markham Center Meals (9–12 only)

High school students have an additional hot lunch opportunity.

  • The Markham Center offers a meal from a different Greenville restaurant each day.
  • Students sign up for the day’s lunch by 11 a.m. at Markham Center counter or order through Clover.
  • Payment is by cash, credit/debit card, or Markham Center gift card.
