Billing Categories
- Payment Plans (charges such as regular tuition & LRC tuition)
- Full Payment (pay in full by August 5; eligible for a $300 prepayment discount)
- Semi-Annual Payments (equal installments due August 5 and January 5)
- Monthly payments (10 payments due on the 5th of the month from August through May)
- CDC Payment Plan (12 payments due on the 5th of the month from August through July; available only for children enrolled at the CDC)
- Incidentals (class-based fees, late stay charges, etc.)
- Due in full each month
- Cafeteria Pre-pay (for Aramark lunches only)
FACTS Peace of Mind Insurance: available during billing set-up process, covers any outstanding tuition balance incurred following the death within the school year of the person who signs the FACTS Payment Agreement or that person’s legal spouse

*Credit and debit card payments are assessed a service fee (displayed in FACTS as part of payment process).
Future Scholar 529 Plans
Due to legal restrictions regarding where these checks can be sent, if you use Future Scholar 529 plan to pay your student’s school bill you may
- pay the school bill using your credit card or checking account and then submit your receipts to Future Scholar to be reimbursed OR
- request Future Scholar to send a check directly to BJA, attention Meghan West.
