Athletics

Students have a variety of opportunities to strengthen and challenge their bodies as well as their minds. Our physical education curriculum (K3 through high school) emphasizes health and fitness and includes training in team and individual sports.

Beginning in 5th grade students can also participate on interscholastic athletic teams, learning broader and deeper life lessons. As a microcosm of life, the rules, boundaries, strategies, victories, defeats and relationships in athletics are tools we strive to use to help hone Christlike character.
