Receive eligibility confirmation

Direct ESTF funds to your student’s tuition (quarterly distribution)
- From the BJA FACTS Family Portal, download correct invoice
- Due quarterly on the 20th (Aug, Oct, Jan, Mar)
- Amount per invoice: $1,875*

Pay your student’s remaining balance (monthly)

- Due monthly on the 5th (Aug through May)
- A separate payment plan (tuition): remaining balance (minus other scholarships & credits) will be in equal payments across the 10 months
- Incidental expenses (items such as late stay, athletic fees): amount varies monthly
