Paying Tuition and Incidentals in FACTS

General Information

Billing Categories

  • Payment Plans (regular tuition, LRC tuition)
    • Full Payment (eligible for $300 prepayment discount when paid by Aug 5), Semi-Annual Payments (August and January), or Monthly Payments (10 months, August through May)
    • CDC children only: CDC Payment Plan (monthly, 12 months)
    • Payment plans for those receiving ESTF
    • Regular payments due on the 1st  of the month; ESTF payments due quarterly, on the 20th of the month (Aug, Oct, Jan, Mar)
  • Incidentals (class-based fees, late stay charges, etc.)
    • Due in full each month
  • Cafeteria Pre-pay (for AVI Fresh lunches only)

FACTS Peace of Mind Insurance 

  • optional
  • available during billing set-up process
  • covers any outstanding tuition balance incurred following the death within the school year of the person who signs the FACTS Payment Agreement or that person’s legal spouse

Payment Methods (choose one or several; may be changed during the school year)

  • Automatic Bank Payment (ACH)
    • bank-to-bank transfer
    • automatically processed on the 5th of the month
  • Automatic Credit/Debit Card Payment
    • credit/debit card payment*
    • automatically charged on the 5th of the month
  • Invoice
    • email or slow mail (your choice)
    • sent about 20 days prior to the payment due date
    • Payments can be made
      • by electronic check over the phone with FACTS (1-866-441-4637)
      • on FACTS Family Portal (via ACH or credit/debit card*)
      • by check payable to FACTS (FACTS Tuition Management, PO Box 2597, Omaha, NE 68103)

*Credit and debit card payments are assessed a service fee (displayed in FACTS as part of payment process).
