On March 6 and 7 Bob Jones Academy participated in the SCFCA State Speech and Debate Tournament hosted by Berkeley High School in Moncks Corner, S.C. Competing against schools from all over South Carolina, the following students won awards:

In Novice Lincoln-Douglas Debate BJA students took four out of the eight elimination slots with Josh Casillas and Anne Nguyen going to Quarterfinals and with Daniel Quigley and Lauren Jacquette going to Semifinals.
In Varsity Lincoln-Douglas Debate, Jonathan Savoy was undefeated in eight rounds and was crowned the 2015 Varsity Lincoln-Douglas Debate State Champion.
Overall, the Academy placed 4th against schools from all classifications; and for the ninth year in a row Bob Jones Academy won the 1-A State Title in Speech and Debate.
