The 2016 Let’s RRRRead! Program may be over, but the excitement for reading isn’t. Elementary students again dashed for the books during this spring’s five-week reading contest. From the K3 students having parents read to them to the sixth-graders tackling their weekly time challenge, the elementary school saw record-breaking participation. Classes competed for the championship trophy while students worked to capture their own individual prizes. Students in K3 through K5 enjoyed weekly prizes while students in grades 1 through 6 worked to earn their chance to Bounce for Books, an annual tradition.
