Students can serve the community during the next few weeks by bringing a variety of supplies to school.
- K3–6: November 5–9, nonperishable food items for Thanksgiving food baskets for needy families; BJU’s ministerial students distributes the baskets. Last year over 90 families received packages. Read more.
- 7–8: November 2–8, supplies for Miracle Hill Children’s Home. In over 30 years of this collection, BJA students have provided 484,378 pounds of food, paper supplies, and cleaning products for Miracle Hill. If students collect 15,622 pounds this year, the total will top 500,000 pounds. Students collected over 17,000 pounds last year, which makes this an achievable goal for this year. Read more.
- 9–12: October 29–November 2, paper goods for Shepherd’s Gate, Miracle Hill’s women’s home; students often provide enough paper towels, tissues, and other paper products for nine months of operation. Students receive specific information at school.
