In addition to other selections, choir members are singing Aaron Copland’s “I Bought Me a Cat” and a Turkish song “Üsküdar.” The band looks forward to sharing selections like “The Dragons of Komodo,” and the orchestra will perform “Spirit of the American West.” All are welcome to share in this celebration of the students’ hard work this year.

The middle school choirs will be presenting “Around the World,” a concert featuring songs from across the globe. The performance will begin with several sacred songs then move to traditional folk songs and ballads from Israel, Africa, Ireland, France, Germany, and China. There is no passport needed to enjoy this musical visit to foreign lands!
