Making robots out of Legos®? On Thursday, April 12, a group of 33 sixth-graders at Bob Jones Academy enjoyed a visit from the BJU Robotics Team. Working in teams guided by university students, the sixth-graders assembled, programmed, tested and analyzed the working robots they made from Legos®. The process demanded certain math and science skills as well as the ability to follow sequences of instructions, and the BJA students enthusiastically completed their work and enjoyed the thrill of seeing their robots complete specified tasks.
