First-graders at BJA know how much fun learning letters can be! On September 4, they donned their green clothes and enjoyed Caterpillar Day as they learned about the letters C and K! From start to finish, the day was filled with green fun—learning about the caterpillar life cycle, exploring art collages as used by Eric Carle in The Very Hungry Caterpillar, practicing forming and reading their new C and K letters, and eating caterpillar snacks!
