A 26-device iPad lab was recently introduced to the elementary students, and all elementary classrooms now have access to the mobile lab. These devices (along with cases, charging/syncing equipment, and styli) are the result of the generous giving of elementary families during their annual fall offering. In addition, a number of iPads were donated by State Treasurer Curtis Loftis during his visit to the elementary school this past fall. Using an online reservation system, teachers can reserve the lab to be used for individual and group learning. Students will have the opportunity to use the iPads to explore a wide variety of educational apps that further classroom instruction. These tools provide wonderful learning opportunities for students, and we look forward to continuing to expand the lab in the future.
