Soccer, Volleyball, and Cross-Country Tryouts
Soccer, volleyball, and cross-country tryouts and opening practices will be held the week of August 9. Here’s how it will work this year.
Sports Check-in (bring these completed items): Mon/Tues, Aug 9/10
- Athletic participation form
- Current sports physical signed by a physician.
Please note: Due to the delayed start of last year’s sports, your physical from last year may still be current (i.e., less than one year from the date of the physical). However, to avoid inadvertently allowing the physical to expire, and missing practices/games as a result, you may want to go ahead and get a new physical before tryouts. - Trip permission form (Grades 6–8 Grades 9–12); optional for tryouts, required before traveling
