Study Abroad: Iceland is an 8-day course for students in grades 9-12. While abroad, students will experience the geological wonders of Iceland, investigate how engineering and science enable human flourishing in such a formidable climate, and learn about the culture of this North Atlantic island. The course provides students with an international setting where they can develop and apply the skills of understanding, working within, and discerning a foreign culture. Students taking the course will receive one-half credit. Course details here.
Parents and students who are interested in attending an informational meeting can sign up here. The meeting will be held Tuesday, Oct 31, at 7 p.m. in Brown 105.
Contact Miss Amy Corey for more information. Registration for the course ends Friday, Dec 1, 2023.
