On Saturday, January 29, the Academy Forensic Team competed against schools from N.C. and S.C. at the JL Mann Patriot Invitational.
The following students won first place:
Freshman, Caleb Miller in Humorous Interpretation
Junior, Lydia Petterson in Original Oratory
Senior, Benjamin Nicholas in Dramatic Interpretation
Seniors, Drew Petersen and Benjamin Nicholas in Duo Interpretation
Overall the Academy won the 2nd place Team Sweepstakes trophy.
