On Saturday the BJA Forensic Team competed at the Southside Invitational. 
Competing against schools from N.C. and Va., the following students rose to the top of their events:
- 2nd place Oral Interpretation — KC Christmas
- 3rd Place Duo Interpretation — Drew Petersen and Ben Nicholas
- 1st Place Dramatic Interpretation — Ben Nicholas
Additionally, Drew and Ben received their 2nd bid for the National Tournament of Champions, qualifying them to compete in Duo Interpretation at the National Interpretation tournament in San Antonio this May.
