Accounting
Exposes students to basic accounting principles with the main focus on the fundamental guidelines to accurate bookkeeping. Covers the topics of the need for personal and business records, accountancy professions, basic accounting equations, principles of debits and credits, transaction analysis, accounts receivable and accounts payable, journals and journalizing, ledgers and posting, and financial statements. Includes basic exposure to payroll, checking, taxes and stocks (earnings and dividends).
